While consulting in areas such as brand positioning, marketplace selection, product listing, sales strategies, logistics, and operations management, he also guides brands in digital marketing, customer experience, and brand awareness.
He not only improves existing processes but also helps brands establish a permanent place in international markets by creating strategic plans for long-term success. Today, he shapes the vision of Zeniston and leads the company's global growth objectives.

With a strong command of the North American market dynamics, Baran professionally manages all processes from the management of distribution networks to the development of sales strategies in the region. Through brand protection operations, he secures the intellectual property rights of our brands while developing effective solutions against threats such as counterfeiting, unauthorized sales, and price imbalances.
At the same time, he closely follows market competition conditions to create sustainable growth strategies for our brands. By taking an active role in all operational steps, from managing distributor relationships to increasing sales volumes and protecting brand value, he ensures that our brands achieve a strong and reliable position in the North American market.
